NCL "Personal Concierge"
For the Norwegian Cruise Line pitch, I imagined an in-room Personal Concierge tablet and app that would significantly impact the typical cruise experience and also turned out to be an industry first. We then realized the idea by thinking through the UX and then creating all the UI wireframes. From there, we designed all the frames and created a client presentation that walked them through a user's journey pre-trip, during the cruise and also post-trip. The app was a highlight of the presentation and was cited as one of the reasons we won the pitch.
